You can ask us to delete your Brechó seller account and the personal data in it. This page explains how to ask, what we erase, and what the law requires us to keep.
Send an email to [email protected] from the address your account uses. Write "Delete my account". Nothing else is needed.
We answer within 30 calendar days, as GDPR Article 12(3) requires.
You do not need the app installed to do this, and you do not need to be signed in.
We erase your data within 30 days of your request.
If your shop still has something outstanding, we tell you what it is before we erase anything. For example: an order a buyer has paid for but not received, money we still owe you, a payout in progress, or stock you hold for somebody else. Those must be settled first.
This protects the people on the other side of those obligations, and it protects you from losing money you are owed.
- Your name, email address, telephone number and postal address
- Your bank account details and payout information
- The photographs you uploaded of your items
- Your public shop page and its listings
- Your sign-in records, once the retention period in section 4 has passed
Some records cannot be erased on request, because Estonian and European law require us to hold them. Where the law allows it, we separate them from your identity.
- Accounting and transaction records: 7 years (Estonian Accounting Act)
- Identity, beneficial-owner and sanctions-screening records: 5 years after the business relationship ends (Estonian Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Act)
- Access logs: 6 months
- Records needed for DAC7 reporting: until that reporting year has been filed
The first two are the periods stated in section 7 of our Privacy Policy. The DAC7 period is an additional reporting obligation and applies only if you crossed the reporting threshold that year.
