For lost or damaged shipments, open a claim through Melhor Envio within the declared value window — no need to contact the carrier directly.
Can I use a carrier other than Melhor Envio?
Yes. Melhor Envio is optional. If you use Correios directly, a local courier, or hand-deliver locally, record the shipment manually in brecho.me and enter the tracking number from your own carrier. The tracking number appears in your order dashboard and can be shared with the buyer via WhatsApp from the order detail page. Manual tracking works alongside or instead of the Melhor Envio integration.
How do I generate a shipping label for a completed order?
Open any paid order from your order dashboard and click Create shipment. Enter the package dimensions and weight, compare rates from available carriers, select your preferred option, and confirm — Melhor Envio generates the label instantly. Print or save the PDF, then drop the package at the designated carrier location. The tracking number is added to the order automatically and can be shared with the buyer via WhatsApp.
Can I ship secondhand orders internationally from Brazil?
Yes. Melhor Envio supports international shipping from Brazil via Correios (EMS and PAC Internacional) and partner carriers. When creating a shipment, select international as the destination type and enter the buyer's country to compare international rates. Customs documentation is required for packages leaving Brazil — Melhor Envio guides you through the export declaration form. Delivery times and rates depend on destination country, package size, and declared value. International tracking is available through the same link you share with your buyer after dispatch.
